The Taste Lab at BUas recently welcomed Gabriel Meffre, a long-standing partner who has also hosted our second-year students during their wine study trip. This visit marked the beginning of an exciting new collaboration aimed at exploring wine culture through the eyes of the next generation.

The renowned winery with nearly 80 years of heritage and a global presence in over 50 countries, came to BUas to gather insights into young adults' wine knowledge, preferences, and habits. The sessions combined wine tasting, storytelling, and focus group discussions—giving students the opportunity to sample a variety of wines while engaging directly with the brand’s evolving vision.

Gabriel Meffre gained valuable insight from the feedback, which will help them in their development of new concepts.
